BE Group has secured planning permission from Wyre Borough Council, for a temporary showground facility at Myerscough. The site is owned by client, The Duchy Of Lancaster. It will now be home to the Royal Lancashire Show.

The regeneration team has been appointed to work in two of the UK's most picturesque areas. Employment land studies are being carried out for Monmouthshire County Council and Ribble Valley (Lancashire).

For City Strategy Leicester, BE Group is producing a business plan, which aims to establish two new Training and Enterprise Centres. These will align with Emda's Access Centres programme.

The 2008 Warrington Annual Property Review, reporting on the town's property market performance over 2007, has been published. This is the tenth successive year BE Group has produced the report. Over the past decade the report has recorded £3/4 billion of investment sales; £194,500 sq m of new speculative office and industrial development from 46 schemes; 814,000 sq m of industrial and 270,000 sq m of office space let or sold to occupiers.
