St Helens Council has appointed BE Group and Mott MacDonald to assess the infrastructure improvements required in order to ensure that Haydock Industrial Estate and the surrounding area has the capability to support further growth opportunities. The study will establish headline options for the redevelopment, reconfiguration and expansion of the industrial estate.
