Summer is a great time to visit to visit the picturesque countryside. BE Group's regeneration team are happily doing this, enjoying the delights of Britain's scenic areas whilst working. As well as employment land studies for Monmouthshire and Ribble Valley, BE Group has been appointed to review rural workspace provision in Cheshire and Warrington Sub-region, and to assess the development potential of a site owned by Tynedale Council at Haltwhistle, close to Hadrian's Wall.

BE Group has also won a major new commission - a joint employment land and premises review for four of the Liverpool City Region local authorities - Sefton, Knowsley, Halton and West Lancashire.

To ensure geographic equilibrium, the regeneration team has secured appointments working with Oswestry Borough Council (West Midlands) and Goodman Developments in Hinckley (East Midlands).
