St Helens Council has appointed BE Group and Mott MacDonald to assess the infrastructure improvements required in order to ensure that Haydock Industrial Estate and the surrounding area has the capability to support further growth opportunities. The study will establish headline options for the redevelopment, reconfiguration and expansion of the industrial estate.
As part of this study, BE Group is undertaking a survey of all businesses within Haydock Industrial Estate to understand current and potential issues, the reasons why businesses locate to Haydock, and any expansion plans of the local businesses.
