General:  Jeff has over 30 years experience in local government, new towns and private practice. He has been involved in major development proposals, and applications that have necessitated a range of detailed development and policy guidance. He has recently been responsible for planning issues arising from the disposal of a 190 ha former engineering depot at Long Marston, and for the disposal of a 20 ha mixed-use development at North Site, Malvern, both of which are for Defence Estates.

Hobbies:  A true middle Englander, Jeff plays an active role in village life in Glazebury, fundraising for the local church and school.
