General:  One of the founding directors of BE Group and with over 25 years experience, Vince heads up the commercial property agency team, acting on a portfolio of property across Cheshire, Merseyside and South Lancashire. He also provides valuation and consultancy advice to a range of public and private sector organisations including HSBC Bank, British Vita, Congleton Borough Council, Cheshire Police Authority and Modus Properties. His knowledge of the property market often complements the work being undertaken by the regeneration team.

Vince has gained particular experience in converting and masterplanning former industrial complexes into mixed-use business parks. Vince's sale of the 70 acre former UKAEA site to MEPC won the inaugural Insider Magazine Property Deal of the Year in 1999.

Hobbies: A keen rugby fan, Vince enjoys watching Sale Sharks and continues to turn out on the occasional Saturday for his local team Eagle RUFC.
